This results in generational poverty, restricted access to financial education, and a lack of pathways to meaningful employment or entrepreneurship.

Through financial literacy, workforce development, mental wellness support, and access to modern digital opportunities, we help individuals build long-term self-sufficiency rather than temporary relief.

OBA Community Foundation provides a community-wide rewards system that motivates students, families, and neighbors to learn, lead, and serve.
We partner with schools, youth programs, and local organizations to reward positive actions—attendance, academics, volunteering, leadership, and character. Students and community members earn OBA points they can redeem for school supplies, events, meals, local business discounts, and opportunities.

We support schools with free onboarding, digital tracking tools, staff training, and custom programs that improve engagement and outcomes. Local businesses can join our merchant network, accept OBA rewards, and list products in our in-app marketplace to increase visibility and community impact.

The foundation invests in real estate to create youth centers, learning hubs, and community spaces that support long-term sustainability and provide low-cost or free resources to families. We also run workshops, ambassador programs, volunteer initiatives, and career development activities including mentorships, internships, and skills-based training.
